1 Day/per Daily rate. Daily Activities: - Stretch ( On Deck Stretch Instructer) - Warm up Conditioning & Exercises - Throwing Station - Wiffle Ball Station - Sliding Station - Baseball Education Station (Learning rules of Baseball) - Popfly Station - Base Running Station - Hittrax Simulated Station (Learning exit velocity {throwing/hitting}, * Simulated Baseball Games * Homerun Derby's All stations will have an On Deck Staff Coach

Cancellation Policy
Our facility holds limited time slots, and many of our cages sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may call us at (240) 564-0325 between the hours of 9am and 9pm to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another appointment. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
